How much are your costume hiring fees?
We prefer to equip you with a full costume, which includes the clothes and all the accessories from head to toe, hat, mask, wig, chains, swords, guns, gloves, everything you need to make your costume perfect for your special party!

A full costume hires for R 120.00 per day. Should you wish to hire for two to four days, the hiring fee will be 1,5 times the normal fee and for five to eight days a double fee is payable. Wigs = R40, Hats = R 30, single items = R20 - R80 etc.

With each costume or item hired there is also a R100.00 refundable deposit payable, provided that all rental requirements are met.

What times are you open for costume viewing and hiring?
We are open:   Monday to Thursday from 13h00 until 17h00.
                          Friday                         from 12h30 until 17h30
                          Saturdays                   from   9h00 until 12h00.

Should you wish to come some other time not mentioned here, please refer to the Contact-Us page and make a special arrangement.

What are you hiring requirements?
The deposit will only be refunded if the following requirements are met.

*  All the items are returned on the due date and time, the due date will be specified on the invoice.
*  All the items on the invoice are returned in a usable condition.
*  All the items are returned before closing of business on the due date.
*  In the event that all the items are not returned on due date, the customer will forfeit the deposit.
*  In addition the customer agree to also pay to Costumes,
*  Full rental per day, per costume that is late, starting on the following day to the due date.
*  No excuses will be accepted.
*  NOTE: The due date is written on the invoice.

What happens when the costumes are lost or damaged during hiring?
During the time that the person who hired the costume, has the costume in his/her possession that person takes full responsibility for the costume.

Should the entire costume or part thereof be lost, stolen or damaged, and the person who hired the costume is unable to return the costume and/or any of the accessories, that person will be liable to pay to costumes4party, immediately on demand, the full replacement value in ZAR, as charged by costumes4party at the time, alternatively, the person responsible for the loss, must replace the costume within 7 days of the return date, to the same standard and satisfaction of costumes.
